yerps , i saw the new iMac at Machines store .

actually Machines is not Apple Store . They are just reseller for Apple product.

I wouldn't recommend getting the iMac from elsewhere - look into the warranty; it's not internationally recognised

I have been to KLCC new Machines yesterday all the way to preview iPhone as they promised. It's because they've sent me an email inform me they will have iPhone preview on their first day. So disappointed when I reached there and they said internal problem as an excuse...I guess they use this as their marketing strategy ler...So bad

what's the difference between premium reseller and authorised reseller ? From mac's website, it says that Machines are premium reseller, while shops like Macasia is authorised reseller.

to become a Premium Reseller, you have to achieve certain level or customer service support and also hit over the quota every month and get rewards from Apple.
