 Does my renovation quotation look reasonable?

Hi all looking for advice on my quotation as per below:

Lander, Hacking, Fencing Works
===================
1. Brick wall fencing 195ft (L) x 5 ft (H), concrete ground beam, 20 unit concrete pillars, install capping cornice and plaster finish. RM26500
2. Hacking and demolish existing fence and clearing work RM300
3. Clearing soil, install 4" PVC 50ft (L) drain pipe & clear rubbish work charge RM1000
4. Lander 4" concrete 500sgf on back yard, install BRC A8 and plaster finish 7000

Slab Leaking Works
=============
1. For checking and repair slab family hall, seal cement, washing clean & use boscoseal water proofing install on slab area 3500

PU Foam Roof Works
=============
1. Supply and install 9.5ft (L) x 32ft (W) and 9.5ft (L) x 18 ft9W) total 475sqf PU Metal Roof, PU Foam roof on back yard, bracket use 2"x4", 2"x3" hollow iron bar + 3"x3" hollow iron pillar x 5 unit & paint finish Rm13500

S. Steel Drain Gutter Works
=================
1 Install 50ft (L) stainless steel drain gutter RM3200

Painting Works
=========
1. Painting work for new build up fencing 200ft(L) renocation area, using nippon paint sealer and weather bond color paint finish RM4000

Rubbish Charge
==========
1. Rubbish and transport charge RM600

Total RM59600


Is this reasonable? Or pricey?

No forumers can provide you the answer. Quote is not only based on materials but workmanship and contractor's reliability.

If you do not know this contractor background, you have to be careful in the dealings esp payment part.

Ask for another two quotes based on same specs b4 deciding.

In any renovation work, the owner must be proactive doing daily inspection. Anything done wrong can be corrected b4 completion.

400 per m run seems a reasonable contractor price but on the high side for me personally. Depends on site difficulty as well. no drainage for the wall? subsoil pipe?

This one consider day wage say 120 per person. Sum too small to haggle actually

again hard to haggle, btw 600-800.

4. Lander 4" concrete 500sgf on back yard, install BRC A8 and plaster finish 7000
approx 50m2@140 seems reasonable

Hard to comment as price might include future rectification works

not too familiar with price but prob double of your concrete slab price. hollow section thickness 1mm or less?

bear in mind i am picking item by item. sometimes we front load or backload items to cover unforeseen items and the total sum to be looked at as a whole. not fair to pick on item by item. dont just look at final price. paying a bit more usually saves a lot of future hassle. know the contractor reputation or current work in progress. might consider a retention sum if amount large to make sure they make good any future defect
