Macam no option to do that. Only can upload from PS4 version to cloud...

You need open your PS4 version FF VII remake, and there got option Upload Save Data. Choose upload, after upload open PS5 version, choose download save data.

I have don't have problem. I leave the game playing for 30 mins, and can close remote play. The tracker update few mins later.
