One technical question guys.

You know when you fresh install a game on PS5, there will be two progress bars?

is it normal that PS5 wont download the "second progress bar" data while in rest mode?

I actually called the number, but i think the call was direct to hong kong customer center.

he was really rude, and refuse to help.

He says he "only speak english" and he "dont speak to malay" (i think he meant malaysian), and kept asking me "what i want from him", in hong kong accent (i think).

guys, how the f do you register for warranty on Playstation website?

The box serial number count number dont match at all==

it says need 15 serial numbers but my box has alphabets and numbers more than 15 wtf?
