Had bought the ps5 slim on April, but until right now still unable to register the extra 90 days warranty from playstation hk website, keep said invalid serial number

Called playstation support on Friday, they said need to wait around 1 to 2 months for them to capture my serial number on the database

On the other side, as I also had bought extra 2 years warranty from the shop itself, so if I managed to register extra 90 days warranty, so my console total warranty will be 3 years and 90 days right?

then let me call playstation support and ask again in future

I bought from shop, retailer can buy extra 2 years warranty from sony as well
shop also had send me something like warranty service agreement last until 2027 which is from sony website

So long only able to register

And I had no idea how the shop managed to register the 2 years extended warranty from Sony

Last time during PS4 time also don't have so much issue

but I had bought the additional 2 years warranty from reseller, they did send me product registration done, total 3 years warranty

try key in my serial number, said unable to find

if try without serial number, then shows unable to find matching model

if in future need to send to claim warranty perhaps had to bring along the extended warranty PDF that the reseller send to me

Ya I did register my ps5 slim, however it shows warranty until next year
