those who already got ps5 in hand.. i got something to ask, lets say MCO start, i go back hometown no internet, just bring PS5 and 1 ps4 cd.. can i put in the CD and play direct or cannot due to got patch to download 1st

Nope. They are not. As you can see, the official stores in klcc and the curve are closing during this MCO 2.0.

Then why the other non-official stores and gameshops still open? Very simple. It's because they don't care about it.  Anyway, just be careful when you guys collect your PS5 during MCO 2.0. You sure won't want to get yourself being fined because of this.
