How much for a 1TB SSD card with external casing? Since Sony still hasn’t unlock the internal SSD slot, how u know any particular SSD can be used in PS5 internal SSD slot later?

Did some noob google and found out USB3.1 gen 1 is actually same as USB3.0. So WD Black P10 USB3.1 gen 1 is same as other HDD with USB3.0?

Edit: In summary we can ignore the marketing headache of 3.0, 3.1 or 3.2, instead when we shop for external storage we should look at what gen the USB is.
USB Gen2x2= 20Gbps
USB Gen 2 = 10Gbps
USB Gen 1= 5Gbps

Moving games from PS4 to PS5 seems like a nightmare. Connecting both consoles only allow us to move games from PS4 internal HDD, not the extended drive.

I want to have same sets of PS4 games on both my consoles put in different rooms, but there doesn’t seem to be an easy way of duplicating the games on PS4 external drive to my new external HDD to be used on the PS5.

Warning to those who intend to add a new external drive to your PS5.

Do not plug in your old PS4 external drive to your new PS5. Otherwise even after you remove the old drive and plug in your new drive, those games stored on the old drive already registered on your new PS5. U won’t be able to download the same game to your new drive, unless you individually go and press “remove from home” for each of those games on your PS5. Imagine doing this for close to a hundred games.

Any way, any of u guys enjoy the pick up and play Destruction All Stars? Glad the game got offline solo game mode, good for short burst fun with zero loading time.

Check if your dual sense controller got accidentally press mute all (under the PS logo, orange color lit up).

Long press will mute all including the tv.
