Is hdr a must for ps5?look like my 4k tv doesn't support hdr

Hi my sharp 4tc50ah1x support hdr right but why can't i switch on in the ps5 setting,it say noy support

Sometimes manufactures give different names for HDR.

I think LG calls it Deep Colour Ultra and you need to explicitly turn it on in the TV settings. Some older models have HDR supported only on certain HDMI ports.  Make sure you connect to the correct port. Lastly we need a compatible HDMI cable version 2 or above. Sifus correct me if I'm wrong

I can't find this name ya,my lg should be 2019 or 2020,any sifus here can help?😭 i use the hdmi cable provided by ps5
