It will depends on the wall design where the extend roof will be attached and also any adjoining roof structure.

I would say 30 to 45 degree slope will be good for drainage and also prevent the tiles to 'lift' up due to strong wind.

A high degree slope will have standing stability issue for workers to do repairs.
