What's the issue with Viking and Dunlop? They are all manufactured my Continental Malaysia along with Sportiva. They serve the purpose as good value tyres that are safe enough for normal driving. Surely thay are made to meet international standards especially with Continental being a major tyre company.properly aligned car should not wear like this.
