Just charge when needed... for example if you plan to go out for the whole day, whether the battery is 10% or 40% just charge to full and go out to enjoy the phone: play games, gps, photo/video etc...And is it charge the iphone to 100% in not good for the battery? Iphone has a special feature that monitor your charging habit... it will automatically slow charge when reach 90% and stop charge when 100%. normally i will charge overnight and it can last me the next full day.
Another info, my 2 yo iphone XR battery life is still 88% where as my huawei one is dead (last less than 6 hrs) and changed already.
