the terms are meant for organizer and the winner. the clauses are void after the gift awarded.
I guess lau can do anything for the gifts afterall.

Because some winner might ask for I dont want prize, can give me cash.

Let say you win an iPhone, you shipover sea kena Custom Tax, of coz not bear by them. The Prize ship to you half way songlap by dispatcher, also not responsible by them.

yea mostly i think is spend how much on a single receipt then 1 entries.
but seriously not so easy lo cause imagine you spend so much but if did not win. lets not forget maybe they are not the only family members doing this kind of thing.
