Cars is crazy enough but house? who lucky draw giveaway house?
*
House was not lucky draw. It was a competition by a local developer . Got 2 parts. Online part u need to be in top 10.

Then invited for finals at their site. He was lucky AF. Won on the last throw of the last game.

They gave him 1m voucher to buy whatever property from that developer.

Read lucky draw t n c, example

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The organiser accepts no responsibility for any tax or other liability that may arise from the prize winnings
*
the terms are meant for organizer and the winner. the clauses are void after the gift awarded.
I guess lau can do anything for the gifts afterall.

There are 2 types

Those that envy, with benefit of doubt will go into the T&C route and learn the substance, ingredients, what one saw and  I did not all these while

Those that sour grape will just be interested to know how times and with who, ones won to build their conspiracy, to shoot down
*
For me doesnt matter legit or cheat. Thats his perk, which is cool.

Im not in this 2 type

Its only amaze he won so much. I not going to join any of these contest cause i doubt i would win.

it's like buying house, tax after u buy from previous seller, when u sell still taxable

here got 2 situations:

1. if he is selling off prizes and involve a lot of money, he will kena
2. if all the cars are not real, then those organisers kena
*
Selling house of course taxable. There is one tax at house call RGPT iinm. Sorry never sell house before so I dunno.
