We can test the method if you want. Get maybe 50 guys to transfer RM10 around to each other.
Modal RM10, pass the money 50 times each. 50 guys will get the chance. But need to trust each other. Lucky guy can win 1st prize(also can reduce probability of LLK and konco-konco winning). If baik hati can share the winning cash prize.

In most of these contests, there will be a clause that say the organizer decision is final. Especially when there is a tie. But they do not expose what is the result, but even if they do, who to audit them? There is no check and balance, is up to the company that pays the organizer whether wants to see the proof. Most company does not care cause objective is for marketing and exposure, who wins of whether is fairplay don't matter to the company. It is totally doable for organizer (or someone within) to hire a winner to win the prize and give the prize back to the "Someone" ... is win-win for the actor and the someone ...
