yes, but at least sdn bhd, you're taking on a conscious decision as to the risk.

you'd be surprised for enterprise, at lot of these companies grow to medium size but still don't incorporate. and then when losses start mounting, they never cut loss and would suffer bankruptcy later on.

Doesn’t really matters Sole prop, PLT or Sdn bhd

When business still small, creditors still not big amount outstanding, so risk still manageable.

When grow to medium/large size, any dealing with major suppliers/customers will still need to signed personal guarantee side deal.
The exposure of bankruptcy still have, unless the company are really cash strong track record until there is no need personal guarantee.

The amount of money you get to save on tax annually will be multiple times of that RM30/RM60 fee. Unless you are not planning to pay tax in the first place, then I no comment.

If below 500K income, stick with enterprise. If u supplying to gomen or have large contract, opt for private limited.

If enterprise, whatever tied to your name will be at risk if the business defaults. Suppliers or customers can sue u for payment.

If private limited, only the company at risk unless the directors signed a letter of personal guarantee.

Pick one:-

Sole proprietor
Partnership
Limited Liability Partnership (LLP / PLT)
Private Limited Company (Sdn Bhd)

Maybe you should stop using the word Enterprise? Not compulsory to put Enterprise for Sole or Partnership or others.

During this covid situation...business teruk...we need all the cash reserve we have so...spending on audit, company sec charges and then SSM....its not good business sense to carry on with Sdn Bhd anymore until things improve.
