For ur reference. Audit n accounting fee for my sdn bhd is aorund 10k a year. Secretary fee n other misc about 2k a year. Pro: can deduct alot expenses, n reduce more taxable income. If ur business really small scale, can go with enterprise first. Oklahoma and homicidal85 liked this post

Sdn Bhd - Risk is losing the money available in the company is not enough money the company is closing down and everything will be liquid down to pay the debt unless you buy house and car using the company to get the loan. Enterprise - Risk is your own, if the company is not enough money you still have to sell all your own asset to clear the debt, if still unable to clear then you have to declare bankrupt This post has been edited by Asurada: Dec 1 2020, 12:23 PM homicidal85 liked this post

QUOTE(imnotabot @ Dec 1 2020, 12:05 PM) It's dirt cheap lah: https://www.ssm.com.my/Pages/Services/Regis...le-of-Fees.aspx cheap also still money. then multiply by 10 years, can make installment iphone 12 for 1 month lol..It's better to open for tax benefits (can claim business expenses). Unless you are not planning to pay tax in the first place lol. |

QUOTE(agewisdom @ Nov 30 2020, 04:42 PM) Sdn Bhd has limited liability. Enterprise is better cost wise provided you make sure the biz is run well and doesn't go bankrupt. i mean no need anything buy a table buka gerai sudah cash in cash out no hasle tax documentation what notback to the sdn bhd one theoretically is no liability, but practical is got liability, cos u are guarantor for the sdn bhd if u owner, so still kena as guarantor, talk song say no liability but this world where got free lunch one if got many people rich already |

QUOTE(LA757 @ Dec 1 2020, 11:50 AM) Hi Start with Enterprise/Partnership if your biz remain small foreseeable future or infancy periodIs it more advantage open sdn bhd or better just small enterprise for small biz? My friends tell je sdn ngd hv a lot of $$ to pay company sec to submit this & that document to SSM. Enterprise not mecc. Starting our small home biz selling food with 2000 capital Start with Sdn Bhd if you sure your biz grow exponentially big within 5 years btw 2k cannot even incorporated an sdn bhd QUOTE(Exa_Bytez @ Dec 1 2020, 12:36 PM) provided TS is a partnership biz, Sole Prop can't do PLTBtw it also got both world of shit as well(need to prepare resolutions to do things, just like sdn bhd) especially when you want to close it down This post has been edited by Iceman74: Dec 1 2020, 12:56 PM LA757 liked this post

QUOTE(botlife @ Dec 1 2020, 12:46 PM) i mean no need anything buy a table buka gerai sudah cash in cash out no hasle tax documentation what not yes, but at least sdn bhd, you're taking on a conscious decision as to the risk.back to the sdn bhd one theoretically is no liability, but practical is got liability, cos u are guarantor for the sdn bhd if u owner, so still kena as guarantor, talk song say no liability but this world where got free lunch one if got many people rich already you'd be surprised for enterprise, at lot of these companies grow to medium size but still don't incorporate. and then when losses start mounting, they never cut loss and would suffer bankruptcy later on. |
