i know the preview can rotate the photo automatically... but when i upload to frinedster, the photos are not right angle .
so how to rotate .
Help rotate photo, cannot rotate to right angle

you could rotate them in iphoto i believe. the rotate in preview is just for viewing, it wouldnt save.

Hmm I thought if you save in Preview after rotating it, it will remain that way. Try it maybe?

But I just tried, rotated a landscape photo into portrait, saved then quit and reopen the file, it opens in portrait. Maybe only in Preview the settings are saved. Anyway try using Imagewell:-
