Wanna ask if I am the only bank loan borrower but S&P purchaser/owner name is me and my wife, can we both withdraw EPF Account 2 for housing?
I saw on KWSP website that marriage certificate is required but our marriage cert now at hometown, unable to provide because CMCO. Anyone has experience on this can share share? |

Just recent, my case, wife is the only loan borrower but house is under both name. original marriage cert can be printed at JPN, no need go back hometown

For monthly reduction, just get the remaining balance statement from bank, than submit to kwsp. Others, i dont know.
