Got my hands on 12PM, 256GB, Gold.
Went to the droid side for a while since 3GS.
Bumped around a few different brands like Samsung, Huawei and OnePlus(favourite android OS so far)
It feels good to be back!

I have issues with WhatsApp Web on the delayed or no auto updates if the phone is locked. Notice this is less likely to happen using android during the past.
But read back some news and got to know WhatsApp was having some downtime yesterday or the day before, so not sure how it plays out. I’ll just monitor and see what would that lead to.

Anyway also check on the background app refresh under general settings to see if they are turned on?

I too came (back) from Android.
If you have ever used any big screen devices like the Samsung Note series, Pro Max shouldn't concern you much.
I chose 12 Pro Max because of the bigger screen and battery. It's a little heavy for me to get used to (because my direct previous phone was Huawei P20, and my Note series encounter was back at Samsung Note 4 )

I'm still pretty noob to iOS, but just wondering, any apps installed? any background activities? Notifications?

Yeah, usually night time I let it sit, the battery probably would drop 5 to 10% because of background activities. but if it's really 25% then it's really something running at the back too frequently or some software issue?

Not using this charger but I do notice some heating issue when doing speed charging with 20W chargers and the original or any l type C-lightning cable.
The heating would happen if I'm charging from lower battery levels (between 20% to 80%) and it would cool down slowly from 80% onwards, and it's totally cool to the touch for above 90% charging.
I'm not sure why it's like that, but my guesses are:
1. the smart charging control happening (fast charging on low levels, trickle charge on higher levels to prolong battery life)
2. my Hot ambient temperature

Sadly, yes. But it’s very random on the experience. Not sure if it’s due to internet (home unifi WiFi connection, or LTE) or different OS( I came back from Android 10)

Mine is warm to the touch too, with casing though.
It’s not burning hot but surely not just room temperature.

I’m using Ugreen 65Watt GaN charger.
With Ugreen type-C MFI cable mostly
And yes, I notice the charging to full from 90% onwards is super slow, so normally I would unplug and go when it’s around 95%+-

Was it tested to be functioning well with other phones or computer?
If yes, maybe it's just compatibility issue?

I'm using Sabbat with all my devices, iPad/Laptop/iPhone 12PM and all seems fine so far. One thing I notice is if I use it for stereo (movies, youtube) the sound quality if good. But if I need the sound+mic function, I'll need to switch mode (on the windows laptop) to make it work on a lower sound quality mode.
From what I read and gathered, I guess that's how certain type of older TWS headphones/earplugs work.
