No such issue la... Maybe when it was out from the box, it did have "no connection" issue but already fixed with the latest update. I haven't experienced any network issue now, for weeks already.


So, I have used the MagSafe charger on the leather case, it immediately shows the "ring" though only one time of usage.

OK, the "ring" from MagSafe charger has gone from my leather case. But not the two lines. Let me try calling Apple and hear from them.

Called Apple and wanted to initiate the return process and as usual asked me to return back and they will replace for me but I asked if I can get a replacement while I return back my current one. Before this call, I already called twice, so this is the third call as I think they had connection issue and couldn't hear me after some time. I was already sounded upset as I repeated three times for it.

Then, she said she will check with her manager for my request. Guess what? Apple will refund me the money and I can keep the casing, then I can re-order again. One time exceptional approval and I guess once I get back the refund, I can get Baltic Blue or may not re-order again. It wasn't my intention to get a refund at all... Oh well.

All well with Apple service but I really think they had issue with the connection. I have no issue talking to others.

I wasn't cheating Apple leh... I told them I can show them photo and I didn't even expect that they will refund me and I get to keep the case. I was so prepared to tell the CS that I'm not accepting the refund, I just want a replacement but she continued with asking me to keep the case.

Happy for good service of Apple but at the same time I just got to know my dad threw away my SlimCase which I put on table after I replaced my leather case. He said it is just a plastic casing... Not knowing the plastic casing costs RM 91. I wanna kill myself. The garbage collector already came and collected.
