Shop send to Shopee Express on 14.

On 16 Nov got message from shopee express said the parcel was wrongly sent to different state hub. Promised to investigate asap.

Then suddenly all silent.

Push refund button on 20 Nov.

Seller reply can not because already sent.

Receive email from shopee will investige.

Then silent until today. Check status the thing still not moving at all.

Email again a few time no response. Called damn long time waiting nobody want to entertain.

Stupid shopee express. Will never ever use again.

Yup I used Shopee once to make a purchase from a reliable local seller

Took nearly 2 weeks vs 2-3 days on Laza using the same seller

I will confirm not buy from Shopee again

but never use shopee express..

always use Poslaju or J&T...no problem for me..

I use shopee many times before. Using poslaju no problem. 2-3 days got the parcel already.

This time i first-time using shopee express. I thot using shopee own courier service i can get faster the parcel. But it is not . Instead it is worst experience ever.

So far my Shopee xpress is 100% delivered, within 2-3 days, maybe the parcel handle by different person will results different experiences

I beli built in oven, handle by shopee, using 3rd party delivery, thelorry.

Open box see front glass shattered. Complain to seller, he ask to complain to shopee, shopee said complain to thelorry.com, then thelorry.com said they need shopee to raise the complain.

After 2 weeks here and there, finally shopee admit, now pending investigation and refund.

Lazada sucks at other part but lax delivery really fast the app will notify u driver will send to yr address 1h prior so u don't have to wait like sohai and after 6pm they still do delivery.

Dam funny one shoppee my gf order like 12h later then me but her stuff from China arrive like 2-4 days ahead of my order wtf .

If i buy stuff deliver from china, confirm shopee express that will handle it. But so far for me no issue

Yea happened to me too, but I'm not sure if this is related to Shoppee or not. Apparently it already arrived at the warehouse in my state, it was just there collecting dust for who knows what reason.

All my shopee items from China is from mr. Hu.
I was wondering whether all seller in China is Hu family decendent.

For my sanity I always use Poslaju, they seem to be the most consistent.

I tend to avoid JT, so my second choice if Poslaju isn't available is NinjaVan.

I don't remember having courier issues for years already, last time used to have when Lazada or LYN Garage Sales sellers used GDEX.

ShopeeExpress ok, but only tried on small item. Abang normally use bike to deliver.

Shopee Express will always be slow every major sale each month. All the oversea items will use Shopee Express for sure.

i sell my item in shoppe. if the buyer from big city even juah sangat like penang pon took 3 days to arrival, kalau local like KL or PJ may took 1 day saja.
but i got one from melaka ulu tempat, item arrival at the hub melaka the next day i post, but it took 8 days to dispatch to the buyer house.

Experienced several times before. Package wrongly sent to other hub, no choice but to wait till order auto cancelled by system (time out). Get the refund and then only order again.
Yes, shipped out orders cannot be cancelled.

It was not the seller's fault so I order again from the same seller once i receive the refund in Shopee Pay acc.
Lazada/Shoppe also same kind of idea.
So far, all courier also have their own shit and problems. Just pray that you get nice / good despatcher guy.

and most buyers will blame seller by giving 1-2 stars for late delivery that caused by courier itself

happen to my wife item recently use shopee express.. wrongly sent to neighboring town, and then went silent.. after many days sent back to previous hub at another state, then sent to the right place lol

This happened to me today.
Item status was "Out for delivery" then later 4pm when I checked it show to me "Buyer Not On Location" at 2.42pm

I was home all the time until 5pm baru I go out and this shit happen to me. Courier didn't even call me at all.
Anyhow I have already lodged a report to Shopee. They will send the complain to the warehouse.
Unfortunately my purchase automatically selected Shopee Express by default so what to do. Hopefully not so screw up as Lazada Express.
And the seller is same state also.



Lesson learn, if wanna use cheap Rm 2 local delivery have to expect the worst.
But however I will continue to support Shopee platform.

I recalled shopee express wrote that their shipment time is 1-3 days and now they told me 3-5 working days and excludes Saturday and Sunday and public holidays.

Anyone can confirm if it is 1-3 or 3-5

Both shopey and lazarda got problem and sui. Becoz of that, I opted for COD whenever I can.

Barang hilang or tak sampai.....I no bother.


But at one time, barang sampai and COD-ed, found out the seller at Lazarda tipu.....gave me cheaper version as replacement, without even informing me. Imagine you pay Rm30, you get item worth RM10.

let say customer bought a lamp from diy shop, then later got problem, buyer lost the receipt, found similar one on lazada/shopee, bought it then swap with the defective one. later claim the lamp D.O.A.

I blamed the seller. Didnt check the order. My order was simple-simple oso cannot deliver correctly.

I suspect the order/packing was done by cikai staff. I've seen that a lot when I go to some shops, seeing bangla balut the ordered items. Macam main main punya kerja.

My refund process smooth je eventhough seller raise dispute already sent item. Item gone missing on delivery and no more status update.

sometimes some uneducated buyers will get mad at the courier rider who are merely a messenger, the one who delivered the stuff to them

cant blame the packers at all, some co. the inventory system really haywire one. dunno how they do business at all.

Shopee express is now given priority to deliver orders and sellers have no way to choose the courier service they want.

Since then, all my purchases are delayed for few days to get them received. Unlike previously, I can get it the next day after the goods were picked up by carrier

Yup now they give 70-80% of the parcels to shopee express. I expect soon their warehouse will be stuck also

I hope other couriers will stop to cooperate with Shopee after this move since they now wanna monopoly the delivery, means sendiri jual, sendiri deliver and semua untung masuk sendiri pocket...

Before this, I can get my goods by D+1, now D+3 is still at their warehouse U10.

Shopiss xpress is for light weight items, jnt heavyweight.

Shopiss xpress manazer must be very good at sucking directors dicks because they ain't the quickest yet they somehow managed to force themselves on everyone. And jnt has the speed but done way too many fuckups. Seems like we can't have the cake and eat it too.

Just report to SKMM if the item took too long to arrive. They handled complaint regarding courier services too

My last parcel this month was handled by Shopee Express, and delivered by J&T! Mysterious are the ways of Shopee....anyways as long as i get what i paid for, am good.

It is so strange that I bought kibble from Shopee and it is so big with 10kg x 3 bags and it was delivered by Shopee Express.

I waited for many days and at the end, they were lost and Shopee refunded the money. I don't know what will happen to the seller if he or she has to bear it.

Today, another kibble is still stucking at U10 for 3 days although it is within the same state. So I think this round will get it lost again by SHopee Express.

This for sure is done by internal people. Just declare it as lost and they took it for own use or to resell to pet shop.

I need help for anyone got experience with this new Shopee Xpress because sellers never deliver by this courier before. Usually deliver by J&T.
I want to know how long does it take? The expected delivery attempt was dated at yesterday 22nd June 2022 but today already is 23rd June.

I was chat with shopee customer service but they refuse to help and just ask me to press refund if I can't wait. Indeed, the item is urgent also don't know why the seller post out by shopee express. I was made a report to MCMC but until now the shopee still haven't assign my complaint.

Item is urgent and its not mine, it is a side mirror need to install it on a customer's car.

The assignment to Shopee Express is not done by seller, is by the system (shopee). So shopee express is the slowest and you can't blame sellers. Sellers have no choice to opt out Shopee Express as their delivering partners. Just report it that S monopolies all.

My last ever order from Shopee and courier was DHL. worst ever parcel sent out to wrong address by DHL. Ask for refund denied because they had "proof" it was delivered by DHL

Happen to me two times already. Barang lost in during delivery after 2 weeks.

I got refund. After a week barang sampai depan rumah. I called the seller to pay, he said he also refund since the barang insured. I called shoppee express they just said keep the stuff.

Kinda lucky even tho took 3 weeks to settle but I got free stuff worth around rm400

I never blame the seller, I keep complaint to shopee agent every day.
