Fatty Liver can be reversed through diet and exercise.

I have been diagnosed with fatty liver for the 3 years during my annual medical checkup.

I started a low carb diet (avoiding bread, sugar, noodles, rice, etc) and home workouts 2 to 3 times a week from last year dec.

This year's annual medical checkup says my fatty liver is no more flex.gif  rclxm9.gif

Cholesterol and Triglycerides also improved a lot.

Did you just start workout late last year?

Losing 6" is a lot, about 20kg?

You must be superfit now.

Cardio is good too, you do?

Are you in your 40s?

Wow!

Yes you are correct. I only started doing home workouts from Dec last year.

Lost 20kg.
Feels much fitter now.
Resting heart rate and blood pressure also lower.
I go for jogging / running in my taman sometimes.
In my 40s now. Not yet reach 50.

This is a good preparation to enter into the 50s because you might want to live like a monk 🤣 like me.

Too much meat is bad for kidneys

Secondly there are evidences of antibiotics and steroids in animal feeds.

Yup the doctor asked me to start taking statins but I don't want to.
That's why I changed diet and did exercises.
