I very regret to sign this package. Got it end of december. Was told only xmas eve, xmas, new year eve and ny unable to utilize.
So my first booking was 28th Dec to 29th was not able to fulfill by westin kl given the resin westin just reopened. Alright. So changed to 6th jan. The same morning before check in and call to reconfirm. I got the confirmation email to check in westin but was told same day unable to use my voucher as it was black out date. Can u accept so?
The representative of membership apologized then we given the chance to stay on this program. Really frustrated with all these mess and hassle.
The 2nd time to make booking was 6-7apr which after school holiday and weekend. But they said it is still block. What should i do? 788 rather to donate for better usage and booking tru agoda to save up all these #%^*]~
I wonder where to reach out for refund as not given exactly contact office whatsoever. Making my life difficult to deal with such headache
