I use Grab Food regularly - weekly. The selections are great. Many with some discounts. Some really good ones available. Customer service/refund is prompt and great when they screw up your order.

On the other hand, I find FoodPanda is crap. I have never used it. The selections are mainly fast or junk foods. Terrible search function as I can’t find the restaurants I want. First time set up already told me that I seem to be “far away” and I live in KL address!

Any one has similar or different experience?

Grab food is crap...min spend is too high if u want to use the discounts..

Food panda is much better...

Prefer food panda....grab no dekstop app last i used...

Food panda seems a bit cheaper too...

Yup fp only within 5 6 km my area, which is lots of halal food. Not to say i don't eat that, but need more choice sometimes. Gf can till 20 km even halal food better far away

foodpanda more suitable for 1-2 ppl order

grab food min spend is high and overall delivery fee is higher than fp as well

Fp distance limited... grabfood, further distance, but delivery fee also more expensive.

Fp many discount voucher and pickup also got discount. And many allow pick up.

But grab more quality restaurant though.

FP better value

I have the app. Can’t find the restaurant despite it was telling me with fp. Set up address already told you that you are far away. Hardly good customer experience.
Look through the restaurants and many cheap junk fast food. Sorry not my type of food

Yep. Foodpanda is cheaper overall. Both selection more or less the same. Grab got far away restaurant. so far away, food reach you also not nice already.

any non phone-related company that needs me to use a phone to use their service, please die

I use both, no complaint

Btw, I use fp more. Most of times their delivery fees are cheaper. Also, grab sometimes delivery by car, which I hate most. Jam+air con, sampai pun dah sejuk
