Hi Sifus,
I am buying a sub-sale condo (less than 500k), I was planning to sign the SPA and everything soon till this budget 2021 come out on MOT waiver. Scenario: first time home buyer, but previously inherited a house from my deceased relative. Do I qualify for this scheme? I am considering to delay my purchase till next year January. |
