Anyone have bad experience with Shopee Xpress? Last time ninjavan will click delivered but the next day morning/noon will deliver but this time is Shopee Xpress 16th 7.06pm already tekan delivered I waited till next day whole day no one come, no phone call, no whatsapp/sms also.

I hope my parcel is in not longkang right now, I simply asked for Shopee to retrieve the Proof of Delivery, they need me to request refund, wait seller to dispute, and then wait 5 WHOLE WORKING DAYS, to get one screenshot of proof of delivery. Really its just a simple Whatsapp to that deliveryman, everything could be done within 15 mins.

Till today morning when I was having breakfast I chat with Shopee customer service again XD, they still cannot reveal any information unless the dispute team contacted me first, I wonder if my parcel is really being shipped out or just somehow hilang in the process?

Haha Lazada can see the proof of delivery directly. Problem is the guy just leave it with my dog and take a picture of my dog with the parcel.

Cannot understand. How can courier clicked delivered. You are the one who would clicked delivered once you received your order. Only then Shopee will release payment o Seller.

If you don;t click anything, the refund will be initiated after the warranty period expire and you are given choice to extend another 3 days if you wanted to.

But then I also wouldn't receive my parcel

yala, they say worst case scenario is cannot find the parcel then i will get refund then reorder again, need to wait another week and then pray they don't magic my parcel again

I once ordered something from China and it was lost during shipment. I got refund with no question asked within 3 days I think.

ya, that's why i've been asking shopee cs to get the proof of delivery for me since my nextdoor neighbor is working oversea and the next next door also whole day working, opposite corner neighbor say didnt receive anything.


Shopee's logic is deliveryman click delivered, and then buyer click order complete, only then payment is released to seller. But they ask me to click refund and then make the case to dispute team so they can guarantee if item is lost I still get my refund after warranty period.

TS be prepared to fight a lawsuit-worth refund

it may go on for weeks, and worst case you can't even get a refund

My preference is, shopee buy low value disposable no warranty item. If shipping lost also ok just file refund and rebuy again.


Lazada buy higher value. Or need warranty service. Lazada dispute system is better.

wa, lawsuit no need la i think, it is a rm23 gpu fan for my laptop, i broke mine while trying to clean the dust now i have to disable dedicated gpu otherwise laptop would get throttled, still can do some graphics editing and 3d modelling just slower, doesn't affect that much but still none of this would have happened if shopee xpress deliveryman can delivery to me personally and not trying hard to hit kpi then tekan delivered sendiri 2 days later my parcel still not delivered to me.

Yes... this can be problem. They can claim that the goods sent in good condition. You are the one that cause the damage. Then ting tong ting tong

If you havent received the parcel after extending the 3 day shopee guarantee period, just request for refund and order again maybe from different seller. Because if im not wrong, shopee releases payment after the shopee guarantee period. I think.

and every one has a pix of the receiver attach .taken by the courier .
so really secure that the item was delivered .

i don't mind if my parcel takes forever, but the thing is deliveryman should not click parcel delivered himself in order to hit their kpi or whatever reason, and without giving any calls/texts/whatsapp to reschedule.

mine is saying parcel out for delivery at noon, till 7pm updated to delivered, but no one came to my house, no parcel on my car porch also. i find shopee cs want proof of delivery they need a lot of steps to go through, day 2 already still 0 progress

Not really. After a certain time it will auto update to delivered even if u didnt click. One fo the reason I stopped using shopee. Another one is the seller rage call me when I gave him one star because of this. With racist slur and curses. Emo old malay man. Complained to shoopee but no action taken.

Shopee CS is rubbish. Everything also cannot do. Ask them why voucher cannot use, they say dunno. Ask you reach out to seller and resolve it with seller.

Parcel lost and their manager just stonewalled us to max. Based on their cb attitude, i might need to bear the few k losses by myself.

After some time it will auto accept to protect seller also.

Guys update! Shopee dispute team want my full name and IC last 4 digit. I only give my full name and last 2 digit of IC. I scare later they forge fake proof of delivery. I also confirmed with my guardhouse no Shopee Xpress was registered this whole week. Sounds so ridiculous.

If courier delivered, it will be set as "Order Received" too.

Last time I order 2 units of LCD monitor ribbon cable.
But inside the package, the seller only put 1 unit.

Then the order status become "Delivered".
I have to dispute the seller and the dispute/refund process for that 1 unit is very long.

Can't even refund back to credit card, need to ask me to add bank account info into my profile for the refund.

Of course they know, they will ask before sending it.
