Anyone have bad experience with Shopee Xpress? Last time ninjavan will click delivered but the next day morning/noon will deliver but this time is Shopee Xpress 16th 7.06pm already tekan delivered I waited till next day whole day no one come, no phone call, no whatsapp/sms also.

I hope my parcel is in not longkang right now, I simply asked for Shopee to retrieve the Proof of Delivery, they need me to request refund, wait seller to dispute, and then wait 5 WHOLE WORKING DAYS, to get one screenshot of proof of delivery. Really its just a simple Whatsapp to that deliveryman, everything could be done within 15 mins.

Till today morning when I was having breakfast I chat with Shopee customer service again XD, they still cannot reveal any information unless the dispute team contacted me first, I wonder if my parcel is really being shipped out or just somehow hilang in the process?
