- they asked me to tell my story bla bla bla, HR goes to talk to his HR Manager and he comes back and says i am terminated effect immidietly... what!!!!!
- i dont really understand because i am a CONFIRMED staff, and this is my first letter of what sort..
Can they do this????
All my mates at work even my boss at work is really suprised at this decision because my boss only wanted to give me a counseling form, not even a WARNING LETTER..
What can i do? What rights do i have?

And also, i work for a Outsourcing company, the HR is Outsourced but i am based in the clients building.

Don't even work at Scicom guys!! You work soo hard, one mistake in life you get buang...and the funny thing is they didn't even bother to look through my working stats and how i performed the previous months...they just looked at it at a business side of view..
