big NO NO for this company, medical benefit only allows you to claim up to RM80 per month for MCs, and if im not mistaken is about RM10.000 if u were admitted..
and i have been hearing about this pay-cut they introduced to the system..
normally, basic is RM2k, + retention allowances RM130 permonth, (u will only get it once every 3 months so total will be RM390), + KPI max RM300 (also will get once eery 3 months, total RM900)
but then, they have started this new system which is, if u have 1 mc on this particular month, u can say bye bye to your rentention (the whole 3 months),
1 lateness will deduct 5% from our KPIs, 1 MC deduct 10% from the KPI,
and yes, i have been given so many other tasks to do, but they will not increase your salary..
shift is like s**t, today work morning, tomorrow off, the day after night shift..things like that..u will not have permanent shift of weekly basis shifts..
politics is almost everywhere in this company...im not a racist but mostly they will only promoted those who are indians, LOLs,
better look for CSC or symphony..
