My first job after graduate. I was lucky enough as the company gave me the opportunity to assume the role as customer service technical helpdesk for Broadband (6 months), MIO (4 months), Sapphire IPhone (4 months) and I landed up as a Customer Relations Officer which handles the complaint investigation in Singtel project for the next 16 months.
Due to the various background which I gained during my tenure as customer service officer / customer relations officer, was given the opportunity to assume the role of the project specific trainer.
I have to admit, most of the point raised in this forum, are valid but I choose to ignored all of it as I have a lot of commitment needs to be fulfil by end of each month for the past 4 years there.
The only reason I left was never because of the working stress or personal disagreement with the current (or back then) management decision or the push from the clients/business partners. It was more to the fact that, there were no more room for me to grow there. Plus, I grew bored of performing the same routine of work for more than couple years in the same project.
But I do really thankful as I used to work in Scicom. The experience which I gained during my tenure, have help me a lot in my new working place.
Thank you Scicom for all the good, some of the the bad & especially the ugly bit of experience that I gained throughout the 4 years. At least, I do owe them this bit.
