If you want to learn a lot patience, pls apply for airasia project !!

You come late twice in April,
once in May , still get Counseling. crazy huh ?
exceed coffee break 1 min, get counselling, but stay back 40 minutes
no overtime !!
Jetstar, and Nokia projects have been closed down. Airasia project has seen more than 1500 agents in
15 months !! Don't know how many people have been terminated from there !! Due to politics, some people can survive
even with serious misconduct !! never recommend this company to anybody !! Foreigeners get RM 2500 but RM 500
is deducted for house rental. Malaysians get RM 2000 salary.

My experience working there, i had to agree i learn a lot but i saw the way they are treating the employees. Feel like a dog working there. They force you to leave if they dont like you (example if you're admitted in hospital) this happens to my friend. she was in hospital for 1 month. when she came back they force her to resign.
some get fired without any warning. they had to find a job asap if not they will be jobless. disregarding the fact that we work for SCIcom for years!
The rules are tighter n tighter every single day. i suffered n still regretting that i worked there and wasted several of my life.
No matter wat project its the same, bcoz it falls under the same management. Nokia, Singtel and Ncs.. IN CYBERJAYA I still cant commend coz i never worked there.want
So ppl this is my advice, if you want to work in SCICOM think twice.
U can ask anyone from Scicom(KL) n they can tell u how "happy" they r !

Rules are tighter yes, but some people can do anything they want because they are good
in applying butter.

10 hours work. no bonus, no ot. This was highlighted to Dato Tony.
Guess what happened ? The persons who sent the email to dato
.. were terminated.
Think before joining this company. Think !! But don't join !
