It's legit but you have to consider warranty/invoice issue (such as registration to SSM, tax bla bla) i pay the shipping company and they help me pay the china seller,

Imagine you buy from A sell to B, if warranty issue arise B will claim from you and you claim from A
Why dont you straight away become Taobao agent? Straight forward
