I haven’t gotten any email for reject yet. But both email and ipay emails received. I noticed those who got rejected was mostly using debit card or bank transfer or didn’t receive official sony purchased email confirmation. Maybe I’m wrong.

Anyway, glad that yours is secured.

Holy sss.. I read that. It seems that PS5 really having trouble. There’s like dozens of the issues.

Few problems, I can understand. Now is like dozens. Cincai kena one or two also very disappointed while playing.

Harvey Normal got register interest also, no help. Not even notifying when launch or PO announcement. Also impulse gaming for clicking the “notify”. So is better off keep track ourselves.

I don’t like that they are charging as well. I bought all dlc day one. Shouldn't consumer like us receive free update? When other games publishers can do the same, why not this game. Kinda disappointed.

Is not that difficult to free upgrade for those who purchased, and charge those* who yet to purchase. Considering spiderman is the first party game somemore. Really disappointing.

From our experience, there’s high chance of disappointment from ordering online. Glitches, refund, cancellation, delay, out of stock.. etc. better secure from retail.

Even high end pc with 3080 barely hold 4k/60fps at ultra setting. 500usd console wanna expect 4k/120fps?

Mostly depends on developers’ optimization. Graphic/resolution/fps tuning.

I didn't answer their one call. I missed it actually. They called me in the morning while I was having my dream. Disc version. I was already prepared to get auto refund or put in second batch. I checked my CC which is still charged and they also never email me until they said gonna fulfill my order.

Logically thinking, there's nothing we can fight for but just hope for the best when facing their strong T&C. Like I said previously, shi*t happens sometimes. I do appreciate Sony now and have more confident on ordering their products online.

I manage to secure a PS5 Disc version on Sony Malaysia webstore.
According to the email, my payment timestamp is 12:01:46 AM.

Similar like your situation, few days after PO Sony called and inform me they can't fulfil my PO due to system glitch.
I opted to wait for 2nd batch, but have not receive any news from them since then.
