I’ve changed my shipping address(while my order is on processing status) due to the possibility of mco2.0 next week. Then my arrives date has delayed for another 3 more days. Just sharing here for those who’s planning to do so.

just got my unit via DHL yesterday, seems like that shipment delayed I got from apple earlier was a false alarm
Anyone here has any recommendation for MBA M1 case that wont block hub? I couldn't find it anywhere in taobao nor shoppee |

Anyone has any complaints about the hinge of their MBA M1?
My hinge is quite stiff whenever I change the angle after the screen remained at a position for awhile. Is this common? |

So hopefully the call support on upcoming monday can help me get rid of this or best is offer me a replacement |

Me : wtf... this make no sense to me, do you really understand whats the problems i'm facing? Staff A : It's ok, you fill up this send in repair form first(then she walk out and look for her superior). Staff B : How can I help you? Me : tell him my situation again. Staff B : ok, you may sent in for our technician assessment which take about 14 working days( 7 working days for queue & diagnostic works + 7 working days for repair). However, the hinge problem memang is a cosmetic problem as per what my colleague(Staff A) say but you may still send in for assessment work first because if it's covered under warranty then they will repair right away. Me : It's ok, Imma walk away now. Conclusion : I've decided not to proceed further for assessment in the end as I'm not confident to hand my laptop to them after the whole conversation with them. Right now I think I shall take a video whenever any of these problems occur so I can show them if I decided to send in for repair in future. So that I can let them to have better understanding about my problems. Btw I've also tried all their show units(total of 7 units) and I've noticed there're 2 units have this hinge problem too. *The wifi problem occur right after I reach home and I manage to take a video this round. Once I sent in a Macbook 12" for bloated battery problem and they came back with their report to change the battery for free since it was under warranty. To my surprise they also proposed to change the keyboard (butterfly keyboard quality program) and screen (staingate program) as well. I didn't complain about the screen nor the keyboard. Another tactic you can try is to call Apple support, talk to them and get a report number then go to Machines with that. I did this when my MBP 15" adaptor died 2 months after its warranty expired. Apple support agreed to change it for me. I may have faked some emotion and maybe even tears while on the phone to Apple. So far I only got the chance to use it in my house due to mco but I did tried connected thru hotspot sharing from several devices and it's still happening so I assume it's something wrong with this laptop. Speaking of my case, I was instructed by Apple support to visit nearest service centre earlier on then I decided to reschedule to klcc.
