Depend what u r using for. Im on heavy office workloads, no gaming, mild to moderate video and photo editting. Been using my M1MBA since January on daily basis, never had heat throttling issue.

16GB RAM.
8GB is too basic, dont recommend on this setup at all, unless you're university student mainly use for light assignments.

Hey guys, i'm deciding whether to get a unit of MBA or MBP.. the only factor pulling me away from MBP is the fact that I'm afraid MBA overheats due to the fanless system..

Anyone here using their MBA as their main working machine while connecting to 2 extra monitors while doing coding work & normal browsing + documentation? Will MBA be able to handle it without throttling?

Hi guys, need some advice over here.

I thinking to grab MBP M1 need some advice on my usage.

Mostly use for paperwork, basic photo editing (PS & AI), watching movie, music.

I guess won't go for gaming at anytime now.

So I was thinking do I need to get 16GB ram for 256GB model?
Storage wise I think if there is a need, I can always look for external hard-disk right?
