Just get something affordable. Don't become slave to your property for the next 35 years.
Like mine clear house loan in 3 years. Now enjoying no one chasing me for payment. It's really good to have your own place even a tiny one that you can call your own home. Lest you're being notified to move, chased out, and can't really decorate the place as how you want it. |
