Yes, I saw your post that they called you on Friday midnight. That is why I was furious and questioned her why she did not call me until Sunday when there is already no stock left. She gave tons of excuses, eg called me but I did not pick up, I did not pay on time, my line was barred before that is why I cannot preorder, etc etc. Obviously non of the above applies to my case, no missed call on Friday and I paid on time with CC auto debit for the past 6 years. I was really mad and I filed a complaint about her. Still, no one calls me to solve the issue. Bravo Maxis. Did not know Maxis's service has turned this bad after years. My previous iPhone was delivered right to my door step sharp at 12am midnight years ago. They even waited in the car at 11.45pm. Oh my god...cannot believe this.

Stop ranting and move on. Everyone knows about the superb customer service they offered. Many people left and never look back. Why u still not awake.

You can teach ur iPhone to recognise your face with mask on but the process of doing it is hell.
First put on your mask, its better to wear those non-medical one first (as shown in pic), try to unlock your phone using only passcode for at least 20 mins. after that, it can recognise you with other mask as well.

Wow, which telco do you recommend then? I do not have a good experience with Celcom's network as well.
