Suggest buy Eco Sanctuary/Gamuda 257 or Gamuda Cove.
Eco Sanctuary/Gamuda 257 - very near airport also - A lot of new amenities / matured amenities too - Near to Subang too - A lot of chinese food and got waterhole also Gamuda Cove - More nearer to airport - Potential of good appreciation Cons: Leasehold |

Personally i like lakepoint. Layout is open and squarish. If pick unit facing the lake, view also very nice. Density not too high.

Always check out the developer’s reputation and build quality.
Sometimes it’s better to buy a more expensive property to get better build quality and reputable developer vs cheaper but less known developer. |
