Suggest buy Eco Sanctuary/Gamuda 257 or Gamuda Cove.

Eco Sanctuary/Gamuda 257
- very near airport also
- A lot of new amenities / matured amenities too
- Near to Subang too
- A lot of chinese food and got waterhole also

Gamuda Cove
- More nearer to airport
- Potential of good appreciation

Cons: Leasehold

Gamuda Cove you can rest assured on quality and environment, masterplan is included tram.

That lake point personally see liao onsite, no appetite.

Eco Sanctuary / Gamuda 257, maybe is on high side for the price you want, but this is much nearer to Subang without toll.
