Pro model no stock for all colour. Wonder when will be having stock?

Not sure what is the exact time pre-order start but definitely not 9 - 9.30pm, according to CS and the website, AirPods lucky winners will receive SMS on 12-Nov and to be received together with the iPhone

One question, I plan to upgrade my contract to standard package P99 and sell the phone as I don't need it. But buyer out there actually worry on telco set because telco can block the phone if someone don't pay installment.

Since I'm going to buy the standard package(pay full phone price) will u mobile still block the phone for any reason?

If you terminate the P99 or P139 Phone Bundle or change to another rate plan at any time within the Subsidy Period, the following will apply:

For subscribers who are not entitled to the upfront payment waiver and have paid for the upfront payment, your remaining monthly rebate will be forfeited.

For subscribers who are entitled to the upfront payment waiver and no upfront payment is required to be made, you are required to refund the balance of the device subsidy amount. The device subsidy amount is equivalent to the upfront payment amount. The balance of device subsidy will be calculated as follows:
Device subsidy amount / Subsidy Period x remaining numbers of months.
The remaining number of months will be deemed to include the month during which you terminated the P99 or P139 Phone Bundle.

For the purchased you made for our iPhone 12 Pro Max phone package, which is open for pre-order until 12th November 2020, will be delivered from 13th November 2020 and onward.

From the 13th November 2020, it will take another 3 working day for the package to delivered ya...

iPhone 12 will be delivered to the customer within 5 working days from 13/11/2020 ya <-- this is answer i get from them, even longer than the one you got

Got a call from supposedly the guy that will deliver on behalf of UMobile..just to confirm address...he'll deliver tomorrow..not from any courier company..

Hi do any of your know can you sign up for the phone installment plan using a Debit Card???

There’ll be no instalment plan for Debit Card, be it for any merchant, Apple Store, Authorised Distributor, Telcos...etc

If you’re new to UMobile, you don’t even qualified for the instalment plan (U Package), believe it’s the same for other Telcos as well...i was using GX68 for passed 4 months, somehow, I’m not eligible and need to go for standard package (pay the subsidised phone price + upfront payment)

So fr my experience with unbilr sc has been mix. Certainly not as bad as maxis. But I hardly have to wait at berjaya time square. Maybe less ppl using umobile.

just checking, are your plans upgraded to U99 yet? Also, my advance payment not reflected yet in the account.

Check your email, they mentioned will be auto upgraded or you have to click something to activate the plan. Thats for my case as i requested new sim card.

Mine upgraded on the same day, didn’t request for new sim, but needed to click to activate P99 in the app, quota all refreshed as well, speed wise, I think better than GX68

after i click activate on the web portal, the advance payment is reflected, but my line is cut off, and the customer service is not helping

After I clicked for activation, i just turned it off and went for dinner, there after, turn on the phone and everything as usual except the plan had changed

mine waited til midnight only properly activated

pro still don't have any stock for now.

I guess iPhone 12 series sells like pisang goreng! Hahaha
