One question, I plan to upgrade my contract to standard package P99 and sell the phone as I don't need it. But buyer out there actually worry on telco set because telco can block the phone if someone don't pay installment.

Since I'm going to buy the standard package(pay full phone price) will u mobile still block the phone for any reason?
