New program director. Got framed. Depression. Taking medicine. Lodge reports even to police and hr ministry. Pay cut and no bonus then later got bonus but no increment and equity. 7 good years before that. From the video he seems to have done all he can within his capacity and seeked help and support. More like dignity issue I guess. Depression is real. Bad managers either kill you or make you stronger. Rip. THE CLASS OF 13 and dattebayo liked this post
