That's why, even if you're white collar worker like software engineer, don't work for factories. Factory owners all got one kind of chee bai air of arrogance in them thinking they can treat their employees like shit. They got used to treating low level kilang worker like shit and will continue that habit with the white collar workers especially IT staff.

Everytime recruiter call me and tell me it's a factory, i tell them to fuck off, I won't work in a factory environment even if paid well to write software for their machinery and business flow.
