I think he is mentally sick.
Probably depression got him or whatever.
He is thinking about revenge in a violent manner.

I am not sure why he did not went for legal route to fight for his rights.
Maybe he was not resourceful.
Maybe he didn't know how to.
He was after all promoted to manager after serving his company for 37 years,
and not with superior academic background.

About what he said in the video (I didnt watch the full video but did read ktards' comments),
about some employees was dismissed and replaced by other new hirings,
I think a good company management should had have fair and transparent performance evaluations.
It is very hard to judge from an outsider's perspective if the said dismissal practice is fair and legal.
So the allegation should be looked into.
