Just get f31fd. Since that model is almost always out of stock go for f40fd RM1088. Search for 2nd hand, always cheaper but for those models hard to find because people love theirs.
Another choice is A560, around RM7++ but if you add rm300 you'll get A5710is with IS.

most of my friends regret for buying cameras under RM800. BUt hey, dun complain after you buy. You get what you paid for.
Stop dreaming of good pic quality, cos i havent seen any camera below that budget that can take pic above my satisfaction.
Stop dreaming of face recognition. Just point your focus point to the face. It can sharpen all faces in the pic (as they claimed), but you wouldnt notice much. It is still a compact cam, not SLR
Stop dreaming of good indoor pic. Compact cam dun get good quality of indoor, only outdoor. Just need to ensure you lower your ISO to avoid high noise, use flash if necessary, use tripod when possible.
Stop dreaming of night mode. You wont get a nice night mode pic from any compact cam suggested to you in this forum. Trust me. And i dun know which one to suggest to you, cos there is none. Just set it Auto mode, or ensure faster shutter speed, put flash (no choice), and you can get a good pic.
