Yesterday my phone received a monthly firmware upgrade. I was so happy. But still volte nowhere can be seen.

Today. I contacted maxis again. To make sure that whether my number is indeed volte enabled, the staff told me that NO.

You can see the way they reply to message. 4-5 Mins for 1 reply.
WOW. wasting my time.

5 mins damn good liao lo. Mine replied after a few hours, I contacted Maxis CS through official Whatsapp.

From chatbot to verification takes 4 hours+.
