I don't understand with some Malaysian out there.

Government already announced since starting of 1st Movement Control Order, no RM1 charges if you want to withdraw your money at MEPS ATM Or other banks ATM if you are using different banks.

Just now went to shopping mall , can see people queue for so long at Maybank ATM to withdraw money, while the RHB bank no one queue at all.

They didn't read news or what?

KUALA LUMPUR: All Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs) in the Malaysian Electronic Payment System Sdn Bhd (MEPS) network will waive the RM1 charge for withdrawals.

Senior Minister (Security Cluster) Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob said the waiver would begin on April 6 until the end of the Movement Control Order (MCO) period.

“The government, through the Finance Ministry, has decided that all banking institutions would waive the RM1 fee for withdrawals at ATMs, as we have been told that many people are still crowding banks to withdraw at counters.

“We hope that with this waiver, the public would not need to swarm banks,” he said at a press conference today.

That ATM is the one that having the problem or no money.

Right now, I always withdraw my money at MEPS ATM since my workplace don't have the atm from the bank that I used.
