Normally Story is like that.

The guy bought and is paying for the condo.
Condon name put 2 people.

Then breakup time very messy liao. No one wants to talk about the house anymore. The guy still paying for the house loan but name still under both.


Then after some years later. The guy got new gf and going to get married d. Then the new gf bising bising why no settle the old house with ex.



Then want to ask ex pulangkan the house since she no pay anything. But the ex said her name is also in the house so she is entitled to half of the house.

Condo usually stick some paper on the notice board/next to lift, paper is a list of names of the owners of the unit, and the outstanding maintenance fee debts, some owed until RM55k. Damn chat sohai one, some owns 3 units but all owing at least RM16k.

You shouldn't be covering 100%. Just saying. Hope you can somehow tell her that indirectly. Eg. Cost of living high can contribute some money to house loan? Since your name is in it too. Etc
