Condo usually stick some paper on the notice board/next to lift, paper is a list of names of the owners of the unit, and the outstanding maintenance fee debts, some owed until RM55k. Damn chat sohai one, some owns 3 units but all owing at least RM16k.

Long story short. Works but minimum income cuz own business. Now I kick her butt and ask her find real job. So I will be demanding her to pay her fair share once she lands a job.

You shouldn't be covering 100%. Just saying. Hope you can somehow tell her that indirectly. Eg. Cost of living high can contribute some money to house loan? Since your name is in it too. Etc

S&P about to be signed, suddenly the hubby and wife (the sellers) say wanna cancel, coz they gonna get divorced.
Dunno true or maybe they just found a new buyer willing to pay higher.
Luckily lawyer no charge for the S&P.
