Err most kitchen is like that, tasting food etc, and wearing mask, well when you in a very hot environment, then you will see how much of hindrance is the mask.
Thats why, i nowaday avoid restaurant and cook myself at home (ok the wife does the cooking) 😁

i would say 80% of F&B in malaysia dont even care bout hygiene la, u cant guarantee the place is free of cockroach or rats even its in the mall
