u'r tv has 2 component inputs right? Both inputs has noise..Also, how do u connect u'r 360 to u'r S7? If u're using VGA, try using components. I'm just wondering if the problem comes from u'r TV instead.

The pictures that i posted are taken from a R7. There's a marked improvement moving from composite to component, make no mistake about it. Colors especially the reds bleed easily on the composites. Why don't u try with another pair of Wii component cables?

I'm in Bangsar..why don't u bring u'r console over and plug it into my cables and from there u will know if u'r cables are faulty or u'r Wii is the one that's causing problems?

yeah- some tv/lcd have two components- one for progressive and one for normal. maybe you plugged yours into the normal one ?

perhaps also your cable quality is not that great. im using the 3rd party component from play asia and the image is sharp at 480p. of course, im using philips 34" CRT TV. no money to buy LCD yet

ok bro will do...I really hope it just the cable problem and not my wii or the TV itself... cry.gif

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

problem identified as my TV itself not 100% compatible maybe around 96% only with the wii component cable...after testing and testing with bernard, still got noise even changing a new cable only reduced a little bit noise but confirm still got noise but this time more ok than before...the only solution for this is buy a different model...why this happen to my S7...

How about trying u'r cable on a different Wii on your S7? I find it hard to believe the noise is caused by TV incompatibility issues.

actually when u guys discuss this snowing effect!
my wii from bernard also has this..
either its on component or normal composite also has
but on some TV its more obvious some tv its not..
this doesnt not happen with 360 or ps2 on component though..

i informed bernard before and he changed the cable for me but also same so i ignore the problem la..
but it still has.. sweat.gif

is the snowing effect means some current leakage and improper grounding? ps3 on a normal TV also has white lines flicker if the power supply is not grounded.
